Take your hero on their greatest adventure yet by breaking the seal of Zeus’ Temple to venture into an skyborne area. Keep your wits about you, or bring some companions to watch your back, because mythical Harpies are looking to make you their next meal. This raid rewards you with new weapons and gear for your deeds: the Distortions of Dionysus, the Veiled Blade of Hermes and Zeus’ hammer, Voidstorm, plus the unique Praetorian armor set to complete your godly look. Defeating the Harpies will allow you to further expand your arsenal with three new Unique-tier swords, and adventurous souls can find the Forged-tier Pathfinder armor set in the Crossroads.
When you’re not fighting bloodthirsty monsters, head back to your homestead and plant your very own crops. Use your harvested ingredients as upgrade materials to create even more delicious – and powerful – recipes, with an improved cooking spit and new cooking pot. You can also make use of a new water reservoir and planter box, alongside new decorative items including stone furniture, trophy helm stands and improved rugs. And even if you think you’ve seen all the secrets there are in Dawn of Defiance, the mountain biome overhaul adds new puzzles to solve, chalices to fill, and races to conquer. But the real threat lies in the unexplored caves below your feet with a new resource to find for the bravest spelunkers.
