London, United Kingdom & Tokyo, Japan (12th August 2026) – Today, a new video in Nintendo’s ‘Creator’s Voice’ series was released featuring interviews with some of the creative minds behind the upcoming Nintendo Switch™ 2 exclusive Orbitals. Developed by Tokyo-based developer Shapefarm, and published by video game publisher and creative studio Kepler Interactive, Orbitals is the highly anticipated upcoming intergalactic co-op adventure inspired by classic retro anime, launching on 3rd September 2026.

Today’s video features new behind-the-scenes insight from Shapefarm’s Creative Director Marcos Ramos and Game Director Jakob Lundgren, plus Storyboard Director Hidetoshi Yoshida.
Orbitals will launch exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2 on 3rd September and is available to pre-order now.
