Thought you heard the last of me? Have no fear! Bubsy is here… with some good news! Today, Atari and Fabraz released a major free content update to my game, Bubsy 4D, adding hours of new content for players to get their paws on.
The Black Hole update adds 15 additional levels across the galaxy, leaderboards for each adventure, 5 unlockable outfits, 4 achievements, new dialogue with my feline friends and a special reward for 100% completing the game.
That’s not all! The Fabraz team has been hard at work spit-shining Bubsy 4D with a batch of bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements. Check out a full list of patch notes here.
Bubsy 4D marks the return of everyone’s fur-vorite bobcat mascot in my first 3D adventure since 1996, bringing you a colorful and expressive platformer that blends nostalgic charm with modern movement mechanics – and my furmidable sense of humor. Run, jump, glide and roll across alien planets, tackling vibrant fabric- and craft-themed levels, with each planet ending in a BaaBot boss battle.
Bubsy 4D is available now on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PC via Steam, Epic Games Store and GOG. A physical collector’s edition for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 is also available on Atari.com.
