Paris, France – November 5th, 2026 – Indie studio XD Games have launched a Kickstarter for their innovative augmented reality murder mystery game Nuits Rouges – The Quantum Case. This 1-4 player tabletop murder mystery game turns your home into a high-tech crime scene.

Once AR markers are placed around the room, each player uses their mobile or tablet to play a key role in the investigation. Use the free companion app to scan investigation cards placed around the room and reveal 3D evidence in augmented reality, and audio that pulls you straight into the case.

Setup should take no more than 10 minutes as players place the investigation cards where the case needs them: tables, shelves, walls, furniture. Scan them with your phone to uncover the virtual layer of the scene, including 3D clues, objects you can interact with, and ambient soundscapes.

“Nuits Rouges – The Quantum Case fully immerses players in the setting by uncovering a whole new layer of reality, placing players literally inside the crime scene they’re investigating” said Julien Peyrache, Director at XD Games. “It’s a murder mystery that comes to life, that’s sure to spice up any party!”
