Turn Your Friends Into Stuffing: Ragdoll Party Game ‘Plushie Party’ Announced for Steam

Hosted by the unhinged Party Party Parrot inside an abandoned arcade hall, Mana Brigade’s elimination game show lets players decide on future mini-games via Steam community goals.

SKÖVDE, Sweden (October 22, 2026) — Swedish indie studio Mana Brigade has announced Plushie Party, a high-intensity multiplayer party game arriving on Steam. Built in Gemu, a Swedish game engine startup, the game drops battered plush toys into an abandoned arcade to fight. Winners earn a full refurbishment and a loving new home; losers get dropped into a shredder and turned into stuffing.

Refurbished or Recycled

Under the flickering neon glow of an abandoned arcade hall, host Party Party Parrot runs a ruthless underground game show. Two to six players battle through lightning-fast survival mini-games staged directly inside retro cabinets packed with collapsing floors and sudden-death traps.

Powered by Gemu Engine’s destructible physics, damage is completely tactile. In this show, second place does not exist: winners get patched up for adoption, while losers drop straight into the shredder below.

Key Features

  • Burst-at-the-Seams Slapstick: Soft, cuddly plushies clash in physics-driven arenas where heavy hits tear seams and losers explode into loose stuffing.
  • 15+ Lethal Arcade Mini-Games: Scramble across disintegrating stages, dodge stage traps, and outlast friends inside retro machines.
  • 2 to 6 Player Online Multiplayer: Built for quick-fire party rivalries, drop-in elimination rounds, and instant rematches.
  • Powered by Gemu Engine: Experience dynamic soft-body destruction, bouncy environmental physics, and smooth online gameplay built from the ground up.

Community Goals: Help Direct the Carnage

To celebrate the reveal, Mana Brigade has launched Steam wishlist milestones to unlock brand-new mini-games ahead of launch. Players can also join the official Discord server to help select future mini-games alongside the developers.
