Can modern technology overthrow an ancient empire? Clear Duchess Scarlet’s name, a royal family member on the run after a false murder accusation. Join forces with Lily, a time-traveler with a few cutting-edge broadcasting technology tricks up her sleeve, and convince the masses of Scarlet’s innocence…or watch her become the murderous villainess commonfolk believe her to be.
As the world’s first livestreamers, sway public opinion while organizing a rebellion in turn-based combat. Launch all-out attacks at key points on the map, or manage long-term sieges with a dash of deception incorporated into Scarlet’s grand war strategy.
Spread distracting messages with various Stream types that can weaken enemy ranks. Halt advancing foes with a Stalling Stream, cut off supply lines with an Interception Stream, convince foes to concede during battle with a Surrender Stream, and spur on ally forces to strike quickly with a Hustle Stream. Capitalize on Lily’s charisma with a Capture Stream, converting enemies to Scarlet’s cause.
Nurture bonds between ally units to increase their strength and unlock special tag-team skills for battle. Seize enemy soldiers to grow Scarlet’s ranks…or execute enemies on the spot. Apprehended admirals introduce new abilities to the team, while executed generals will increase Scarlet’s attack power at the cost of slowly eroding her honor over time.
