TOKYO — 8 October, 2026 — Drunken Goddess Reflux, the tipsy roguelike survival game ranking in the top-100 most wishlisted unreleased games on Steam with more than 500,000 wishlists, puts alcohol tolerance to the ultimate test on PC via Steam on Tuesday, 8 December, 2026, as revealed today during the Triple-i Showcase by publisher Alliance Arts and developer WHO YOU. Lushes can get their first taste when the debut demo releases at Steam Next Fest beginning Monday, 19 October, 2026.
Femme Soule, the demon of alcohol, awaits you at Pandemonium, Hell’s very own bar. Step into a deadly game of Russian roulette fueled by infernal liquor, and imbibe to survive a demon in search of a soulmate with supernaturally high alcohol tolerance.
Yet Femme Soule does not intend to inflict eternal suffering. She’s actually in love, and love makes people do crazy things – and that goes double for the demonic denizens of Hell. She believes that you, desperate to escape reality, would be happier living with her in hell. You feel differently. Drink, drink, and drink again, doing whatever it takes to stay conscious as long as possible.
This boozy battle has eternal consequences! Every sip of alcohol served brings both of you closer to vomiting out your soul. Implement devious drunken tricks to bend the rules, even if it means driving an ice pick into your own hand, using the pain to shake off a drunken stupor.
Drink Femme Soule under the table and make her lose her lunch first to return to reality, or upchuck your very essence and prepare for a happily-ever-afterlife (for Femme Soule, not you) in Hell.
“The overwhelming community response to everything we have shown for Drunken Goddess Reflux has been nothing short of amazing,” said Fuyuki Hayashi, head developer of Alliance Arts. “With Steam Next Fest around the corner, everyone can finally get a taste with the debut demo, and to lend their voice to development as we approach launch in December.”
Drunken Goddess Reflux arrives on PC via Steam on Tuesday, 8 December, 2026 with language options in English, Japanese and Chinese (Simplified). For more information, visit Alliance Arts’ official website and follow them on X / Twitter.
