Chronically Online Rhythm Adventure Yunyun Syndrome!? Adds Deranged New Songpack, Two DLCs Today

TOKYO — 9 October, 2026 — Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis, the unhinged rhythm adventure from publisher Alliance Arts and developer WHO YOU with more than 150,000 copies sold, keeps the slop-posting streak alive with a new free songpack added to the base game alongside a brand-new paid DLC available today on PC via Steam. Rock out with a limited-time 20%-off discount during the Triple-i initiative Steam event until Thursday, 15 Oct.

Pursue a parasocial relationship with protagonist Qtie’s beloved Yunyun. Grab a mechanical keyboard, spam love notes across social media, and downvote hate comments on beat with five new tracks added to the base game. Additionally, two paid DLC songpacks are now available: one featuring 12 tracks by Japanese singer and songwriter KOTOKO for $6.99, as well as six theme songs from YUZUSOFT titles for $3.99.

Tap to the tunes of 35 hyper-catchy electronic denpa tracks. Bump up the beats-per-minute (and words-per-minute) with Hardcore, Tryhard and No-Life difficulty levels. Fine tune the experience even further with multiple gameplay customization settings including adjustable falling note speeds, Mirror Mode, latency calibration, and much more.

Does Yunyun actually exist? No one knows for sure. Trigger new conspiracy theories about Yunyun’s existence by maxing out the Hype Gauge. Build up Qtie’s follower count and increase her Charisma levels to strengthen the influence of each social media post. Stock up on energy drinks and battle brainrot symptoms while avoiding the judgment of Qtie’s mother who prefers Qtie spends her time studying instead of wasting her time online.

Fend off a full mental breakdown which may or may not lead to the destruction of Earth itself in a deranged musical journey filled with modern meme references and multiple endings.

Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis is now available on PC via Steam with support for English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Russian, Portuguese (Brazil), French, German, Polish, Italian, Spanish (Spain), Spanish (LATAM), Thai, and Turkish language options, priced at $16.99 USD with a limited-time 20% discount during the Triple-i Steam event until Thursday, 15 October, 2026.
