Welcome to Elderfield is a cozy horror RPG where peaceful country living meets the unsettling influence of ancient Lovecraftian horrors. Settle into the strange town of Elderfield, customize your character and home, grow crops, raise bizarre otherworldly livestock, fish, mine, forage, and build relationships with the town’s eccentric residents — including the possibility of romance and marriage. Just don’t be surprised when your crops include teeth and eyeballs, tentacles invade the farm, or something sinister emerges from the surrounding woods.
Beneath its life-sim exterior lies a much darker adventure filled with mysteries, disturbing creatures, and challenging turn-based combat. Gather resources, equip your character, use strategic buffs, and venture into dangerous areas while investigating the increasingly bizarre events surrounding Elderfield and its Old Gods. Players can choose a more relaxed Cozy difficulty or embrace the game’s harsher survival elements, creating an unusual blend of farming, relationships, exploration and Lovecraftian horror wrapped in distinctive hand-drawn, horror manga-inspired visuals.
