SPACE FOR TWO? INTERGALACTIC ADVENTURE ORBITALS IS NOW AVAILABLE ON NINTENDO SWITCH 2

London, United Kingdom & Tokyo, Japan (3rd September 2026) – Orbitals, the retro anime-inspired co-op game developed by Tokyo-based studio Shapefarm and published by Kepler Interactive, is available now exclusively on Nintendo Switch™ 2.

In Orbitals, players team up and take on the roles of Maki and Omura, two inseparable explorers working together to brave the perils of space and save their crumbling space station home. Featuring rich, asymmetric co-op gameplay within a stunning world inspired by classic anime of the 80s and 90s, Orbitals invites players to join forces and save the day in an unforgettable journey across the cosmos.

Players can team up together on a single console for local play or connect together across multiple systems using GameShare or the Global Friend’s Pass app. The Global Friend’s Pass (available now as a free download via the Nintendo eShop) also includes a local multiplayer demo of Orbitals, so friends can dive in and start their adventure together before they buy the full game. Learn more about ways to play together on the official website here.

Alongside today’s launch, the full Orbitals original soundtrack, featuring opening and ending theme songs ‘~Accelerating Destiny~ (加速する運命)’ and ‘Heart to Heart’ with vocals by Japanese singer songwriter Mami Ayukawa, is also available to stream and download on major music services at http://lnk.to/orbitals-ost.

Orbitals is out now exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2. A physical edition is available to purchase alongside the digital edition of the game, and fans can also purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition, which includes additional bonuses.
