Bristol, UK – September 3, 2026 – Independent developer Gilded Rune Games and publisher Yogscast Games have today announced that Dupery: A Game of Solo Deduction will officially launch for PC via Steam on October 15, 2026.
Today’s release date announcement follows Dupery’s hugely successful demo inclusion in the recent Tiny Teams Steam festival. A huge amount of detective hopefuls have been hell bent on solving cases in the game’s expanded demo on Steam – so many, in fact, that the demo is going to remain live and will be updated right up until launch!
Taking the high-stakes tension and satisfying “gotcha!” moments of social deduction games and translating them into a single-player roguelite, Dupery lets you loose in a noir city as a lone wolf detective. Up against a shadowy criminal syndicate, players must piece together grid-based procedural cases where every suspect has something to say – but hardly anyone is telling the whole truth.
