Go Slimey Go!, rated 99% positive on Steam, is coming to PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch

ESDigital Games becomes the game’s official publisher as the Argentine development team unveils a new trailer.

Limassol, Cyprus, 18 September 2026 — Go Slimey Go!, the colorful 2D precision platformer from developers Tembac and Chabbie, is coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. ESDigital Games has joined as the game’s official publisher and, together with the development team, released a new trailer to accompany the announcement. Console release dates will be announced later.

Go Slimey Go! follows Slimey, a soft, squishy little hero determined to reunite with friends for teatime. Players bounce and slide through five handcrafted worlds filled with secrets, building momentum and mastering precise movements while trying to stay out of the ultimate showdown between good and evil.

The game combines colorful pixel art and an energetic soundtrack with responsive, accessible controls. Its challenges range from relaxed exploration to demanding platforming sequences that reward timing, precision, and mastery of movement.

From a surprise Steam launch to consoles

Go Slimey Go! made its surprise debut on Steam during the Latin American Games Showcase in December 2025. It currently holds a “Very Positive” rating, with 99% positive user reviews.

As official publisher, ESDigital Games will support the title across PC and consoles, handling worldwide publishing, the upcoming console releases, additional localization, international marketing, and distribution.

Selected for Tokyo Game Show 2026

Go Slimey Go! was selected for Selected Indie 80 at Tokyo Game Show 2026, chosen from more than 1,500 submissions worldwide. Visitors can play the game at booth E-08 in the Selected Indie Area, Hall 9 (2F).

The game’s accolades include Best Game at Indie Dev Argentina 2025, the Press Award at EVA 2025, and a place among the Best Game finalists at gamescom latam 2026.

What the teams say

Go Slimey Go! is exactly the kind of game we love to champion: instantly charming, a fantastic visual identity, a brilliant soundtrack, and, most importantly, movement that simply feels good. The team has already achieved impressive results independently, and we see enormous potential to take what they have built to a much wider global audience,” said Ilia Svanidze, Head of Marketing at ESDigital Games.

We’re thrilled to see the game reach console players and new regions while we focus on what we do best — making Slimey bounce,” said Agustín Pérez Fernández, one of the creators of Go Slimey Go!
