Celebrate the 25th Anniversary of One of the Most Iconic RPGs Ever
SYDNEY (July 24, 2026) – SQUARE ENIX today launched FINAL FANTASY X | X-2 HD Remaster, the HD remaster of FINAL FANTASY X and FINAL FANTASY X-2,in one digital-exclusive package for Nintendo Switch™ 2. This marks the first time these versions of the classic RPGs are available natively on Nintendo Switch 2, with graphical enhancements.
FINAL FANTASY X | X-2 HD Remaster contains FINAL FANTASY X and its sequel FINAL FANTASY X-2, renowned as some of the most popular titles in the entire FINAL FANTASY series for their emotional stories and stunning graphical quality. FINAL FANTASY X follows the story of superstar athlete Tidus, whose fate intertwines with the summoner Yuna as they embark on a pilgrimage to save the world of Spira.
