Bellring Games’ dark-fantasy extraction ARPG drew nearly 430,000 players during its Open Beta and charted on Steam Next Fest’s Top Demos and Top Trending Upcoming lists
July 17, 2026 — Skystone Games and developer Bellring Games today confirmed launch details for Mistfall Hunter, the dark-fantasy extraction ARPG. It will be released July 29, 2026 at 6:00 PM PT on Steam, PlayStation, and XBOX.
The release rides a breakout Open Beta. During Steam Next Fest, Mistfall Hunter pulled in nearly 430,000 players and landed on both Steam’s Top Demos and Top Trending Upcoming charts.
Every run is a high-stakes hunt. Drop into a cursed, mist-shrouded world, claim your loot, and extract with your life, or lose it all to rival hunters and the horrors waiting in the fog. PvPvE is the core of it: the threat of other players is what makes every extraction matter.
About Mistfall Hunter
The gods are dead, and the Gyldenmist is devouring the world. Revived by a mysterious girl named Dew, you awaken as a Gyldhunter sent into a bleak, forbidden realm to gather precious Gyldenblod and repair the broken Web of Fate.
That realm is the hunt. Mistfall Hunter drops you into a mist-choked world of corroded horrors, forgotten relics, and rival Gyldhunters, all fighting over the same spoils. Every run is a deadly gamble: loot deep, survive the fog, and ring the bell to extract with your haul because death strips you of everything you were carrying. Secure the loot, or risk it all for more.

- Hunt solo or in a three-player squad: fight back-to-back to bring down towering monstrosities and outmaneuver rival hunting parties.
- Magic and steel: choose from six distinctive classes, then switch weapons mid-battle to counter whatever the mist sends at you.
- A battlefield that never sits still: each season reshapes the world with new content from fresh classes, forbidden arcana to uncharted zones, and ancient relics.
- Skill over spending: no pay-to-win, no purchasable stat boosts. Every victory is earned in blood.
