Montevideo, Uruguay – 15 June 2026 – Ironhide Game Studio today announced a wave of major updates for Kingdom Rush 6: Genesis TD, the next entry in the beloved tower defense series. Starting today, players can experience the opening chapter of the game with a newly released Steam demo, pre-order the game on mobile via Google Play and the App Store, and watch a brand-new trailer ahead of the game’s full launch on September 24, 2026.
The Steam demo gives players their first hands-on look at Kingdom Rush 6: Genesis TD, returning them to the origins of the Kingdom for a battle to rewrite history. In this early taste of the full adventure, players will face the first waves of chaos unleashed by a young Vez’nan and begin uncovering the story behind one of the series’ most iconic figures.
“We have poured a ridiculous amount of love, passion, and coffee into Kingdom Rush 6: Genesis TD, and we are incredibly excited to finally put part of it into players’ hands,” said the Ironhide Team. “It is always a little scary sharing something you have spent so much time making, but more than anything, we are excited for players to jump in, discover its secrets, conquer its challenges, and create new memories with us.”
The Steam demo includes four stages from the full game’s total of 18, offering a first glimpse at the strategic, fast-paced, personality-packed tower defense gameplay that has defined the Kingdom Rush series. Players will be able to build with five of the game’s 15 total towers, including Archer, Mage, Artillery, and Barracks options, each bringing distinct tactical advantages to the battlefield.
The demo also introduces two of the game’s 12 powerful heroes: Gerald and Zefira. Players can turn the tide of battle using three of the game’s nine spells, Reinforcements, Rain of Fire, and Royal Edict, and test their tactical skills in Iron mode, one of five total modes included in the full game.
