[June 24, 2026] – Shipwrecked on an island built atop the corpse of a dead god, survival is only the beginning. The upcoming Lost Isle public playtest runs from June 24–29 on Steam, giving players a chance to explore its medieval fantasy survival experience ahead of launch.
Set in a world warped by the lingering cosmic energy of the fallen god Mauroth, Lost Isle challenges players to build settlements, master combat and magic, and survive against both monstrous creatures and rival players. Whether venturing alone or alongside allies, every journey is shaped by exploration, progression, and player-driven conflict.
This latest playtest introduces a redesigned immersive tutorial, a new main story quest, and a new safe zone area. Returning players will also find improved Infested Landmark locations and additional opportunities to uncover the island’s secrets.
Lost Isle Features:
- Survive Your Way With or Without Magic: Whether you prefer to play as a spell-slinging wizard, arrow-flinging archer, or classic sword-wielding knight, there are weapons and armor for each playstyle.
- Experience Massive PvP & PvE Battle: Experience intense PvP and PvE gameplay on high-performance dedicated servers with up to 200 players. Hunt wildlife, survive predators, and battle deadly enemies like skeletal warriors, night beasts, forest golems, or other players.
- Explore a Rich Medieval Fantasy Setting: Explore an alternate medieval earth shaped by the fallen god Mauroth and infused with cosmic energy that flows through the earth into every root and vein. Delve deep and discover flora and fauna, some familiar and others otherworldly.
- Master Skill-Based Combat: Experience immersive first-person directional combat focused on precision strikes, timing, and tactical melee encounters.
- Take on Strange Mythical Creatures and Harness Their Resources: Discover burning forests, colossal beasts, enchanted flora, and rare materials used to craft powerful gear and build structures.
- A New Adventure Every Time: From the biome and landscape generation to point-of-interest locations, to the stats and effects of weapons and armor, each wipe cycle you play will be a brand new adventure for you and your fellowship of survivalists.
