ENDIX Spring 2026 Draws Thousands of Players to a Free, Fully Playable Digital Expo as the Team Sets Sights on Fall

Over its 23-24 May weekend, the upgraded online expo brought players, creators, press and developers from around the world onto the same floor, inside a virtual event built like a video game. Submissions for the Fall 2026 edition open next week.

23 – 24 May 2026, ENDIX wrapped up its Spring 2026 edition, a two-day weekend that counted more than 10,000 downloads on Steam and Epic Games Store, while thousands of players joined the event for free through Steam and the Epic Games Store. Players from around the world explored an expo where they could actually walk through and play, meet the people behind their favourite games and win real prizes, all without a ticket, a flight or a queue.

This edition brought a wave of design and usability upgrades. A cleaner layout and clearer signposting made the environment easier to explore. The line-up was refreshed too, with new publishers, developers, creators and press joining from across the globe.

As always, every booth was built using each game’s own assets, a core principle of ENDIX that helps make every booth feel unique. Instead of simply watching a trailer, visitors step inside a game’s world, explore its environment and experience it in a way traditional showcases can’t offer.

All weekend, players could talk straight to the devs and publishers of the games they love by voice while visiting their booths, turning a showcase into a real conversation. They could also win hardware and merch from Alienware by playing its branded mini-games on the ENDIX world.

THQ Nordic and Frozen District ran their own areas, showing off several of their games in a hands-on way. A dedicated media area gave journalists and press a space to meet creators and talk about their games and future plans. And on the day before the public access, a press and creator only panel brought together experts from Untold Tales, Frozen District, Windup and THQ Nordic to share what they are seeing across the industry.

What sets ENDIX apart

  • More than a showcase. ENDIX is a live experience where you actually do things. You play demos, join activities, meetups and explore, instead of sitting and watching a feed.
  • Completely free and open. No travel costs, no tickets, nothing to pay. You join from wherever you are in the world.
  • Real visibility. Developers meet a live, playing crowd face to face, not views ticking up on a video.

Spring 2026 by the numbers

Across the weekend, ENDIX drew non-stop media and creator coverage. The headline numbers:

  • 10,000+  Downloads
  • 250+  creators streaming across the weekend
  • 2.1M  impressions on the Steam event
  • 33,000+ Unique Steam Visits

“Seeing thousands of players from all over the world walk our floors together, talking to developers, playing demos, jumping into activities, that is exactly what we set out to build,” said Nikos Perifanis, co-founder of ENDIX. “We rebuilt a lot of the floor for this edition and you could feel it in how people interacted and enjoyed themselves. The energy all weekend was something else. I could not be happier with how it went and we are already implementing everything we learned into the Fall.”

The team behind ENDIX is now gathering feedback from the Spring crowd and shaping the next edition, set for Fall 2026Submissions for publishers, developers, creators and media partners open soon. Anyone who wants to take part should follow ENDIX on its channels for the announcement.
