STOCKHOLM – 16 June, 2026 – Avalanche Studios Group today launched the Peru Hunting Reserve, the latest DLC for theHunter: Call of the Wild, now available on PlayStation and Xbox consoles, as well as PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and Microsoft Store.
Set within the stunning Intisuyu Reserve, players can journey through spectacular Peruvian landscapes inspired by the country’s extraordinary biodiversity, tracking and hunting a diverse roster of iconic wildlife across three distinct biomes. The Peru Hunting Reserve DLC also includes a new pistol crossbow, the versatile Dahler Reserve Draw CB-150.
Peru Hunting Reserve – Key Features:
- Explore three distinct biomes in Peru’s Dry Season (May–October)
- Puna – Stretching across the foothills of the Andes, the vast open plains of the Puna provide ideal conditions for long-range hunting and sweeping views of the surrounding wilderness
- Yungas – Dense cloud forests form a lush transition zone between the highlands and rainforest below. This biodiverse region is also home to the reserve’s animal sanctuary.
- Tropical Forest – The dense vegetation of the rainforest rewards hunters who excel at close-range encounters. But caution is advised. This is the domain of the jaguar, while the waterways below conceal the formidable black caiman.
- Take on the wilderness with the Dahler Reserve Draw CB-150, a versatile new pistol crossbow equipped with a red dot sight as standard, and with upgrade options. Hunters can customise their approach with two broadhead bolt weights, offering greater flexibility and tactical precision in the field.
- The reserve is home to 14 animal species, including 10 all-new additions to theHunter: Call of the Wild. Players will come face-to-face with apex predators and beloved regional wildlife alike, including the capybara and vicuña.
- Intisuyu Reserve introduces 60 new missions, featuring a new notice board system that gives players greater freedom in how they explore the reserve, pursue objectives, and engage with its unique activities.
Launching alongside the new reserve, Patch 9.2 is available today, delivering a variety of gameplay improvements, bug fixes, and new horn variations for all mountain goats.
The Peru Hunting Reserve is now available for £9.99/€11.79/$11.99 across all platforms.
