A limited-time decoration set, a flower-crowned rare Neighbour and a full month of summer celebrations have arrived on the floating islands
Stockholm, Sweden, June 1st, 2026 – Swedish developer Might & Delight today announced that a Midsummer update has launched for Twinkleby, the cozy game of decorating floating islands and crafting dioramas for your spacefaring Neighbours. Through all of June, players can celebrate all things summer – strawberries, flowers, sunshine, great food and even better company! The update brings that mood straight to your archipelago, with new items at Molligan’s Antiques and a rare Neighbour on the lookout for islands that feel suitably festive.
Twinkleby Midsummer Features
✦ Midsummer item set – Available for a Limited Time
Six new items arrive with the update, drawing from the food, flowers and folk traditions of a Swedish midsummer:
- Strawberry cake
- Strawberry cake slice
- Bottle with a small glass
- Jug of flowers
- Small midsummer pole
- Traditional midsummer pole (unlockable after all other items have been obtained)
Throughout June, Molligan’s Antiques will be stocked with a handpicked selection of Midsummer items. Once the month ends, these won’t be coming back to the shelves so snap them up while they’re around!
✦ New Rare Neighbour – Benny
Flower-crowned and in full midsummer spirit, Benny is on the lookout for islands that make him feel at home. He’s particular about the seasonal mood of a place, deck your islands out with the new Midsummer set and you just might catch his attention.
Twinkleby Midsummer Sale
To mark the celebration, Twinkleby will be 40% off until June 11th, 2026 on PC via Steam.
Any Midsummer items collected during the update will remain with players until next year’s celebration. The Twinkleby Midsummer update is live now through June 30th, 2026 on PC via Steam.
