Capcom Confirms Gamescom 2026 Participation With Line-up Including Onimusha: Way Of The Sword And Global Playable Debuts of Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen And Mega Man: Dual Override

Street Fighter 6 also joins the show floor line-up for an unmissable event

Hamburg – June 17th, 2026 – Today, Capcom, a leading worldwide developer and publisher of video games, announced their participation and full product line-up for Gamescom 2026. Having recently announced Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen and the release date of Onimusha: Way of the Sword, the publisher confirms the world-first public hands-onof Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen as well as other opportunities coming to the show in Cologne on August 26th.

The Capcom show floor, situated in Hall 9, Booth A070, will feature around 60 playable demo stations across more than 950 square meters. Visitors will have the opportunity to play highly anticipated Capcom titles like Onimusha: Way of the Sword, Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen and Mega Man: Dual Override as well as Street Fighter 6, which will be accompanied by various eSport activities.

Capcom will also bring otherexciting opportunities for attendees and a number of live streamed programs broadcast across the duration of the show directly from Cologne to the rest of the world. For German-speaking audiences, Capcom will additionally provide daily shows from early to late, produced and presented by Rocket Beans TV.

About Onimusha: Way of the Sword

Onimusha: Way of the Sword takes place in Kyoto during the early Edo period. In this time of relative peace for Japan, Malice has befallen the ancient city. Twisted into an eerie and unsettling place, Kyoto has been infested by the demonic Genma.
