Hertfordshire, 4th August 2025 – Over the weekend, KOEI TECMO and developer Omega Force kicked off celebrations for the 25th Anniversary of the beloved tactical action series, DYNASTY WARRIORS, with the launch of a dedicated 25th Anniversary website and commemorative trailer. As part of the celebrations, KOEI TECMO announced the development of a remastered version of a classic title in the series, as well as confirming the development of a large-scale DLC for DYNASTY WARRIORS: ORIGINS, available on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC via Steam®.

Released on 17th January this year, DYNASTY WARRIORS: ORIGINS is a new and deeper interpretation of the traditional Three Kingdoms narrative, in which players take on the role of a nameless hero as they attempt to restore peace on the most realistic battlefields with the largest number of on-screen soldiers in the history of the DYNASTY WARRIORS series. Following the successful release of the game, which has sold over 1 million units worldwide, Omega Force announced the current development of a large-scale DLC to extend players’ experience and their journey through the Three Kingdoms.
