February 27, 2025 – Electronic Arts and Hazelight Studios are pleased to announce that the upcoming co-op action-adventure game, Split Fiction, will be fully compatible with Valve’s Steam Deck at launch. Players can seamlessly transition between PC and handheld gameplay, utilizing Steam Cloud Save functionality to continue their adventure across devices.
Split Fiction will operate natively on Steam, eliminating the need for the EA App. Players can send game invites and join friends directly through the Steam Friends List. Cross-play with Xbox and PlayStation consoles is supported; however, an EA account is required for cross-platform connectivity.
