Dicefolk’s First DLC The Will Chimeras Pack Available Now Alongside Massive Free New Update

The first paid DLC for Dicefolk, the tactical roguelike praised for its inventive blend of dice-based combat with monster-catching mechanics, is available now: The Will Chimeras Pack is shaking up strategies on PC via Steam for $4.99. For players who have not yet downloaded Dicefolk, the Dicefolk: Master Summoner bundle will include both the base game and the Will Chimeras Pack at a 10% discount.

Players will also see a sizable free update today arriving alongside this DLC pack (both the DLC and free update will reach the Nintendo Switch version of Dicefolk this fall). 

The Will Chimeras Pack adds:

  • 21 all-new, mana-wielding chimeras, the magical beasts at the heart of Dicefolk’s innovative combat, shaking up the existing meta of Dicefolk’s turn-based monster battling with new abilities
  • The Will Talisman, an ancient relic infused with forgotten sorcery that is capable of taming spellcasting chimeras
  • 10 enchanted pieces of equipment to create unstoppable new combinations with your party

The free update coinciding with this DLC launch includes:

  • The new Special Mode, which offers 13 distinct challenges with unique modifiers
  • 70+ new equipment items, including two new Relics
  • Four new bosses to defeat
  • The Fortune Talisman, which contains all Chimeras offered by other Talismans
  • 10 new Steam achievements
  • Various fixes and quality of life improvements
