Follow the now-disgraced Dr. Carl Kindeman as he begins his new medical residency at Thompson Island Prison. No longer the prestigious anesthesiologist he once was, Dr. Kindeman now “treats” patients considered irredeemable by society. Shunned by his peers in the medical community, he aims to continue his vile research by any means necessary and invokes the help of his fellow colleague, Sister Anna.
Guide Dr. Kindeman and Sister Anna throughout the prison, toggling between the two as they administer treatment to inmates. Follow a branching narrative colored by cruel and twisted characters, providing elixirs, potions, and other substances to unsuspecting prisoners during the day under the guise of their betterment. Reconvene at night to conduct much more sinister experiments.
Avoid the watchful eye of the distrustful Dr. Simon Jonathan Black as the killer duo seeks medical breakthroughs. Torture inmates with a devious arsenal of tools ranging from razor blades and saws to acid, choke pears, and other wicked implementations.
Navigate through the foul, neglected prison to sinister areas like the morgue, execution chambers, and inmate cells. Call on Sister Anna to administer questionable elixirs and observe as the prisoners squirm, writhe, and scream in pain. With no moral compass to guide him, Dr. Kindeman will go to appalling lengths to restore his reputation.
