Honor of Kings kicks off the path to the Global Invitational with the Invitational Season 1 (S1) on March 2 in Istanbul, Turkiye, with Top Eight Teams and $300K Prize Pool

London, February 27, 2024 – Level Infinite has officially revealed all the details for the inaugural Honor of Kings Invitational S1 set to take place at the Grand Pera Emek Sahnesi Theater in Istanbul, Turkiye, kicking off on March 2, 2024 and concluding on March 10. The tournament will be streamed live on YouTube, Facebook, Twitch.tv and Honor of Kings’ official website. The Pre-Heat begins today with top eight teams from around the world, including Brazil, Turkiye, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, competing for a prize pool of $300,000 USD and a guaranteed place in the Honor of Kings Invitational Season 2.

The Honor of Kings Invitational S1 is the first event in the new Honor of Kings Global Invitational Series, the game’s new esports circuit announced in January. It was announced alongside news that Honor of Kings is committing $15M USD to grow the game’s international esports ecosystem. The Invitational S1 full schedule is:

  • March 2-5: Group Stage
  • March 7-8: Quarterfinals
  • March 9: Semi-Finals
  • March 10: Finals

  • FUT KAOS – Turkiye
  • IW WRX – Turkiye
  • Major Pride – Kazakhstan

  • Twisted Minds – Saudi Arabia
  • Vivo Keyd Stars – Brazil

Today’s announcement follows recent major updates from Level Infinite on Honor of Kings, including that the game will join the Esports World Cup this summer, and its launch on Android and iOS devices in the Middle East, North Africa, Turkiye, Eastern Europe, and South Asia last week. The highly anticipated launch saw more than 1M players participate in the pre-registration program that earned them exclusive rewards.
