Beyond Good & Evil 20th Anniversary Edition Announced for 2024

Ubisoft has announced that they will be releasing Beyond Good & Evil 20th Anniversary Edition in 2024 and while their announcement didn’t include which platforms they would be releasing the title on, the game was temporarily released on the Xbox through Ubisoft+ though this was described by the company as an “early development version” and has since been revoked/refunded to anyone that purchased the title during it’s temporary availability. They went on to say that “this version is not indicative of the final game.”

Beyond Good & Evil 20th Anniversary Edition has revealed some details about what fans can expect from this special version of the game, stating that it has been upgraded to 4K, 60 frames per second with improved graphics, controls, and audio, along with brand-new autosave and cross-save features. The game will also feature “exclusive new rewards” that players will be able to obtain as they explore and discover more about Jade’s past, test their skills with a speedrun mode, obtain new achievements, and learn more about the game’s development and secrets through the anniversary gallery.
