Sydney, Australia – 8th September 2023: Skybound Entertainment, the creator-led, multi-platform entertainment company, together with Ghost Ship Games and Coffee Stain Publishing today announced a physical release of the hit, critically-acclaimed co-op first-person shooter game Deep Rock Galactic. Developed by Ghost Ship Games, published by Coffee Stain Publishing, and distributed by Skybound Entertainment, Deep Rock Galactic: Special Edition will be available for PlayStation 5 in Q4 2023.
Deep Rock Galactic has garnered massive attention and a dedicated player base since its Early Access launch in 2018, selling more than 7 million copies. The game was originally developed by Ghost Ship Games and published by Coffee Stain Publishing, who have now teamed up with Skybound Entertainment for global distribution. The game revolves around a team of Dwarf space miners who embark on treacherous missions in a hostile alien environment. Its unique blend of strategy, teamwork, and action has made it a standout title in the cooperative gaming genre.

The Special Edition includes digital in-game bonus content packs as well as physical pack-in items for both new and existing fans of Deep Rock Galactic.

- Double-sided fold-out poster featuring A Song of Rock and Stone – the story of how an in-game salute helped build one of the friendliest online communities in the world
