Now players can choose the Shogun to help them in their battle for world domination in the game’s biggest update of the year!
When March of Empires was released seven years ago, it included three warring factions: Tsars, Sultans, and Kings. Now for the first time in its long and rich history, the team has created a brand new faction, adding a new level of complexity and challenge to the game.

New players will be able to choose the Shogun as a starting faction while veterans will be able to switch over to benefit from their exclusive in-game bonuses. Players will be able to recruit new Champions and special Ninja and Daimyō faction units who will help pave the way to the throne and victory. There is also tons of new content inspired by the history of medieval Japan, which will immerse players into the turbulent time period.
