So, what does Nostria sound like?
Moscow, Russia — July 9th, 2021 — 1C Entertainment and Prime Matter are delighted to reveal Greflet’s Song, the first piece from the official King’s Bounty II soundtrack, giving players a taste of what to expect from the music of Nostria.
The piece was written by award-winning music composer and producer Raney Shockne. Based in Los Angeles, Shockne has written and produced songs for Pitbull, Giorgio Moroder, Britney Spears, Foxes, Matthew Koma and has scored over 30 films and 100 television shows. He is also known to video game fans for Bard Songs from Dragon Age: Inquisition, additional pieces for Cyberpunk 2077, Star Wars Battlefront II, Tron Run/r, and The Sims franchise.
Greflet’s Song is performed by acclaimed Russian musician and YouTube star Alina Gingertail, who has amassed over 1.3 million subscribers thanks to her hugely popular covers of songs from games, films and TV.
“I haven’t been this excited in a very long time. For so many years, I have been recording covers for my favorite songs from video games. And now the moment has come when I can proudly present the first original song for King’s Bounty II official soundtrack, created with famous music composer and producer Raney Shockne (the creator of ‘Sera Was Never’ from Dragon Age: Inquisition and other great soundtracks),” said Alina Gingertail.
“The guys from King’s Bounty II team gave me a chance to collaborate with Raney on the in-game music! I’m really excited and can’t wait to present all our songs, play the game myself and ride around Nostria. I heard the in-game world is quite big, that there’s an epic story and the tactical battles are great… but for now, listen to the new song. For Nostria!”
King’s Bounty II will launch on August 24th on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC. Pre-orders are available now.
