SQUAD-BASED RPG BATTLE HUNTERS LAUNCH DATE MOVES TO EARLY NOVEMBER FOR PC AND NINTENDO SWITCH

Phase Two Games Action RPG Gets Busy Preparing for Battle

Melbourne, Australia – October 20th 2020 – Independent developer Phase Two Games today announced that their squad-based fantasy adventure RPG Battle Hunters is now moving to a slightly later launch date. The new tentative street date  for PC and Nintendo Switch is November 5th.

“The old adage that time waits for no man is certainly true in our case, we wanted to synchronize the final submission phase and release efforts and felt we needed a little more time to coordinate that,” said Toby Charlton, Co-Founder of Phase Two Games.

With a more strategic approach to combat through a combination of turn-based and real-time action, Battle Hunters gives players the opportunity to build a uniquely skilled team of 3 adventurers ready for action. With a roster of 28 unique hero characters to discover and choose from, including the Wizard, the Barbarian, the Rogue or the cursed Dreadknight – Battle Hunters provides a huge variety of choice when deciding who to bring to the fight.

About Phase Two Games

From their early years at Beam Software on PC games like ‘Krush, Kill and Destroy’ to bringing the first ‘Sims’ game to iPhone for EA, and later going on to bring ambitious brands like ‘Need for Speed’ and ‘DeadSpace’ to the smartphone and tablet, Dan and Toby have a long and respectable history of both making games and dealing with top IPs. At Phase Two Games we are determined to produce quality experiences with a small, talented team. We have deliberately stepped away from large-scale corporate-style production to pursue a more traditional style of development in the hope that our games can be free of influences that undermine the creative vision. We love games, and hope you enjoy playing the games we make.
