MARVEL FUTURE FIGHT INTRODUCES TWO NEW CHARACTERS
Living Weapon X-23 and Cosmic Warrior Adam Warlock Join the Game New Event Stage Added for Players to Earn X-23
Seoul, Korea (January 11, 2017) – Netmarble Games Corp., the fastest-growing mobile game company worldwide, today released a new update for its hit mobile title MARVEL Future Fight. The update adds two new iconic characters: X-23, a product of the Weapon X program cloned from Wolverine’s DNA, and Adam Warlock, cosmic super-being and protector of the universe. Also included in this update are three new uniforms for Punisher, Satana and Falcon, inspired by their new costumes from the recent “Marvel Legacy” comic book event.
The update also introduces a brand-new event stage where players can receive the new character, X-23. This event stage will allow players to experience the new timeline battle mode that can be played with a designated hero or uniform.
“As the very first update of the year, we have added a completely new event stage, which will be unlike any other stage seen before in MARVEL Future Fight,” said Seungwon Lee, Chief Global Officer at Netmarble Games. “We hope our fans enjoy the game with the newly updated characters, uniforms, and the event stage mode.”
Additionally, players can now check their heroes’ growth rate and information, and an improved refresh function will allow players to immediately see newly-created dimension rifts from other players.
The details of the new characters joining MARVEL Future Fight are below:
- X-23 – Cloned from Wolverine’s DNA, X-23 is a product of Weapon X, a top-secret genetic research experiment. Though she was created and trained to be a deadly weapon, she broke free and joined the X-Men instead to forge her own identity and use her abilities for good.
- Adam Warlock – Genetically engineered to be the ultimate human, the artificial being known as Adam Warlock abandoned Earth to search for meaning among the stars. A wandering sage, the cosmically powered Warlock specializes in metaphysical and interstellar conflicts.
