Fans of the Sword Art Online series around the world will have a little something different to look forward to in early 2018 as Bandai Namco and Dimps have announced that they are working on a new game called Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. It is interesting to note that this is also the first time that a Sword Art Online title will be released for the Xbox One and PC as the series has previously only be available on PlayStation platforms.
According to Bandai Namco, this game will be set in the Gun Gale Online part of the series and allows players to step into the versatile landscapes and environments of the game as they experience an original storyline that will change based on the choices players make while interacting with other characters. The title will be an action RPG with gun battles being the main focus. You can check out both the announcement video as well as some gameplay footage below.
