Paramount Pictures has released a short featurette for Allied featuring director Robert Zemeckis and actress Marion Cotillard talking about the WWII film. Allied stars Brad Pitt and Marion Cotillard. The movie is about a Royal Canadian Air Force officer Max Vatan (Pitt) who is sent to assassinate the German ambassador with French Resistance fighter Marianne Beausejour (Cotillard). Their partnership soon turns into romance. The pair get married, have a child, and settle down in England. Soon Marianne is suspected of being a double agent and Max is ordered to discover her true intentions.
The film launched in Europe and North America in November, but is hitting cinemas in Australia on Boxing Day.
