2K and Firaxis Games announced today that the XCOM 2 Digital Deluxe Edition will be available in Australia. The package will cost $110 USD and contains XCOM: Enemy Unknown Game of the Year Edition, XCOM 2, XCOM 2 “Reinforcement Pack”, and the XCOM 2 soundtrack. The “Reinforcement Pack” contains three DLC packs adding new customization, gameplay, and classes that will launch between spring and summer 2016. The pack available available on its own for $29.95 AUD
XCOM 2 is set 20 years after the events of XCOM: Enemy Unknown. Aliens have won the war and now rule Earth through a puppet government. After XCOM’s betrayal, the organization has fallen into the history books for the most part. A small group of XCOM members still hold out and are now ready to execute their plan to free humanity from the grasp of the aliens.
