EVERYWEAR GAMES LAUNCHES TIME UNIT, THE FIRST SUPERHERO ADVENTURE GAME EXCLUSIVE TO APPLE WATCH

HELSINKI – Dec. 17, 2015 – Everywear Games, creators of the Apple Watch fantasy game Runeblade, have released Time Unit, the first superpowered, heroes-against-villains adventure available only on Apple Watch.

“After the success of Runeblade, we’re thrilled to offer players a brand-new experience on Apple Watch,” said Everywear Games CEO Aki Järvilehto. “Our mission has always been to push the envelope of smartwatch game development, and seizing the opportunity to explore fresh themes and gameplay with Time Unit is an important step in making that a reality.”

When a mysterious anomaly breaches space-time and unleashes an invasion of monstrous abominations upon the world, the elite heroes of the Time Unit must combine their powers to fix this quantum catastrophe. Explore dangerous environments, discover new team members and level up the unique abilities of each squadmate to defend the planet from the fearsome WORF Initiative.

Designed for comfort and convenience on Apple Watch, Time Unit’s intuitive gameplay and controls are fine-tuned for quick bursts of glance-based action that build up in excitement over time and on the go. Additional content is expected through free updates after release.

Time Unit is available today as a free-to-play title on Apple Watch via the App Store. For more information, please visit the game’s official website at www.everyweargames.com, and follow Everywear Games on Facebook and Twitter.
