Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 owners can now download a demo of the upcoming JRPG Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII. PlayStation 3 owners will get a special bonus for downloading the demo as they will receive a copy of the Utsusesmi Garb DLC for free. The DLC contains two new in-game items for Lightning and will unlock when the full retail game is played.
Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is the sequel to Final Fantasy XIII-2. Players will follow Lightning as she attempts to save the people from perishing in the dying world. The demo is available for free on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Marketplace. Xbox Live Gold members can download the demo now, while Silver members will have to wait til January 28th.
