Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition to be released to retailers in April

minecraft-retail-editionIt looks like Microsoft and Mojang are about to take their relationship with one another to a whole new level. A physical level. Today it was revealed by these companies over at PlayXBLA that a physical copy of Minecraft for the Xbox 360 will be released to stores on April 30th.

The game will contain all of the same features that the digital version includes as well as all further updates. The title will be sold for $19.99, the same price as the digital version (but taxed now) and will be available in other regions outside of the US sometime early in June.
