If you turned on your Xbox 360 today and went to the demo section you may have noticed that Obsidian and Square Enix’s Dungeon Siege III has a demo on the Xbox Live Marketplace now. If you didn’t know that then you can add the demo to your download queue here. Unfortunately for those who don’t own a Xbox 360, then you will have to wait until next week on June 7th when the demo will be released for PlayStation 3 and PC users.
The demo itself is 1.21 GB in size and will give everyone their first taste of the title. The demo also offers both local and online co-op which gives players a chance to see how the online system will end up working in the full title which will be released on the PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360 on June 21st in North America and June 17th in Europe. Also released alongside the demo was a new trailer featuring all the playable characters in the game.
