PC gamers, rejoice. The official Monster Hunter: World PC port finally has a release date. After a several month delay to optimize the game for the PC, Monster Hunter: World will launch on Steam on August 9th. The game will support up to four players with drop-in multiplayer. The Monster Hunter: World PC port will not have feature parity with the console on launch. The updates, patches, and content releases currently available on console will roll out on Steam in the coming months. As such, the PC version of the game will maintain a separate event schedule.
