Just Cause 3 launches next week on December 1st, so Avalanche Studios is slipping in one last dev diary before the game launches. Episode 4 features Avalanche Engine which powers the game. The video gives players a look at the nuts and bolts that make video games work.

The Avalanche Engine leverages the more powerful next-gen consoles to run the game’s advanced features like the procedural destruction system and more complex AI, which means PC gamers will also need a pretty beefy rig to keep up with the Avalanche Engine’s demands.
