Greenheart Games’ simulator takes players from the early days of console gaming in the 1980s to the modern console war of the 21st century. Players will create their company in their garage and slowly blossom into a powerful corporation creating new gaming technologies with millions of fans. Players will need to control the direction of the company from staffing decisions to design choices to avoid bankruptcy and earn their place in video game history.
Game Dev Tycoon is available for $7.99 on the Windows Store, Steam, and the official Greenheart Games website. It will be available on Steam on August 29th and the price will rise to $9.99 after September 5th. The game is compatible with Linux, Mac, and Windows PCs.
