Project-Anarchy-Released

Havok, famed game engine developer, has exciting news for mobile developers as it has released the free complete end to end 3d game engine Project Anarchy for mobile games. This engine removes the commercial limitations put on company size and revenue by allowing free release of games developed with it to iOS, Android, and Tizen platforms.

Included within Project Anarchy is Havok‘s Vision Engine as well as access to their Physics, A.I., and Animation tools used in popular games like Assassin’s Creed, Halo, and Uncharted. The program will be intuitive, having a streamlined C++ architecture, flexible management, in-depth tutorials, and advanced Lua debugging.

Head of Developer Relations Ross O’Dwyer says, “Project Anarchy liberates game developers to freely explore gameplay ideas on mobile platforms using the same award-winning tools that console and PC developers have used for years,” and that “This complete set of tools lends powerful graphics, physics and animation capabilities to mobile game development teams for free regardless of team and project size.”

For developer support with the ability to ask questions and streamline your experience has been made in the form of an online development hub as well as the award winning support team that Havok offers. The site will also be used to release updates, upgrades, and training videos and tutorials to make this tool-kit as user friendly as possible.

I've been playing games since I can remember, starting on the NES and moving on to the Super Nintendo and so on. I love RPGs more than most, but I play all genres.
