To mark the retirement of former England captain and international superstar David Beckham, Lords of Football has announced the introduction of a Golden Ball (as seen above). The ball is set to feature in replays of successful trademark Beckham free-kicks. This is a reference to the nickname “Golden Balls” as associated with David Beckham by the British public and tabloid press.
This update also coincides with a 33% discount that Lords of Football will be receiving on Steam for PC. The DLC will soon be active in the June instalment update.
