It seems like Nintendo is going to throw a quick press event out of nowhere this upcoming Friday. Friday October 21st at 8PM Japan, which means around 6AM Central US time, the event will be streamed online. Those hoping to see the show live shouldn’t worry however, as the event is being prerecorded anyways.
The event will address the upcoming November firmware update for the Nintendo 3DS and supposedly detail Mario Kart 7’s wireless functions. Perhaps there will be more announced as well, because this doesn’t seem like much to hold a conference for. Still, hopefully this means that Mario Kart 7 will actually have wireless online rather than only local like Star Fox 3D had…
