Lead Two Armies Across Life and Death in the Epic Conclusion to the Acclaimed Tactical RPG Trilogy

[San Francisco] June 7th – The God of Death is coming to Terrazael.  Revealed today during the IGN Live Indie Loop showcase, Dark Deity 3 brings the acclaimed tactical RPG series to its dramatic conclusion.  Developed by Sword & Axe LLC and published by indie.io, the strategy RPG sends players on a desperate race against time as death cults spread across the land and threaten to bring about the end of the world.

Raw Fury Reveals Brand New Gloriously Grotesque Monster Horror Sim, My Cannibal Family, Releasing in 2027

Raw Fury Will Also Unleash Pinball Shooter Roguelite, Appulse; Wishlist TODAY

STOCKHOLM – June 6, 2026 – Today at the Future Games Showcase, Swedish indie publisher Raw Fury shared exciting new details about two upcoming games.

In partnership with UK developer Wolf & Wood, they debuted monster horror sim My Cannibal Family, set to release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam in 2027. A closed playtest is available on Steam now, running until Tuesday June 16th, 16:00 CEST.

Raw Fury also revealed Appulse, a pinball shooter roguelite developed by French studio Le Rado. The game is coming soon to PC via Steam. Fans can wishlist Appulse today.

In My Cannibal Family, players are tasked with building a twisted theme park to lure visitors to a gruesome death. Players will gather resources and construct attractions, then use traps and stealth to harvest guests within a deadly sandbox of their own.

Playing solo or with friends in online co-op multiplayer for up to four players – or via split-screen multiplayer for two players – My Cannibal Family provides a modular building system for players to construct the horror theme park of nightmares. The game will include six unlockable parks, over 20 attractions, and plenty of slasher favourites when it comes to weapons, tools and equipment.

Key features in My Cannibal Family include:

  • Build – Creative building tools allow for the development of a truly unique horror theme park filled with attractions, decorations and deadly traps. Watch the park grow from a simple wooden shack into a sprawling labyrinth of entertainment and gore.
  • Lure – Hideous mutant faces terrify visitors, so attractions, signage and devious structures become key to leading guests into the shadows. Work behind the curtain, wait for the perfect moment, then strike…
  • Harvest – Eliminate guests using a range of tools, weapons and traps, then bag up the meat for later use. If spotted, victims may fight back or flee, so don’t let them escape!
  • Feed – Family hungers must be satisfied. Stored bodies can feed a growing brood of mutants, while also unlocking new traps, tools and weapons… or even gestating new family members.
  • Manage – Every mutant family member serves a purpose. Assign names like “Gregg” and direct them toward tasks such as gathering resources, reviving allies… or burlesque dancing.
  • Avenge – A thriving park business attracts members of the mob crew responsible for betrayal and abandonment, opening the door for brutal revenge. Progress through a story-driven campaign centered on love, loss and family.
  • Explore – The surrounding area is packed with enemies, bonus resources and hidden secrets. Tune into nearby chatter via radio and uncover side missions offering additional rewards.

In Appulse, players are challenged to master flippers and weapon recoil to control movement, craft powerful builds, and climb the leaderboard in a vibrant intergalactic war. Players must navigate the board, unlock game-changing perks, and lead the Vektor Dynamics fleet to victory against the Iron Accord.

Key features in Appulse include:

  • Create Custom Arsenal and Fleet – Each time players level up, they will be granted a perk, which can upgrade their ball with new abilities and weapons.  Players will be able to choose between three random cards to create the build that suits them, as well as be able to board new ships. Each new board conquered brings a unique and powerful upgrade, including a drone, turret, and repairpacks.
  • Precise Combat – Choose a weapon to take down hostile robots, but every shot comes with a twist, as recoil propels players in the opposite direction. Use momentum alongside flippers to control movement, master positioning, and navigate the table with precision.
  • Multiple Tables – Launch onto enemy spaceships using an ejection cannon, where unique challenges and special quests await. Conquer new shuttles, expand the fleet, and gain the edge needed to win the war.
  • Space Cadet Pinball Inspirations – Set in a reimagined space genre with a futuristic twist, players battle laser-armed enemies across spaceship-inspired tables, defending the mothership while uncovering the mystery behind the Elysium Event.

More details about both titles are coming soon.

A psychological horror RPG where every choice has a consequence: The Pines comes to PC in 2027

New gameplay trailer showcases cultists, chainsaws and f**king crazy people

Eindhoven, Netherlands – June 6, 2026 – Solo-developer Studio Abattoir is today thrilled to announce that its debut title, the open-world, psychological horror RPG The Pines, is coming to PC via Steam in 2027.

A brand new gameplay trailer offers a fresh look at a picturesque therapy retreat that plays host to unstable residents, dangerous secrets and deep conspiracies.

The Pines blends the freeform exploration and character progression of an open-world RPG with tense, oppressive psychological horror, intuitive investigative gameplay and brutal combat; delivering a cinematic, dynamic and darkly humorous experience where every choice has a consequence.

Players will step into the boots of Edward Walker, a former detective seeking solace at The Pines – a remote forest retreat that promises peace, therapy, and recovery. But behind the facade of warm smiles, cheerful signage, and carefully crafted image lies something far more disturbing, which will pull Edward headfirst into a surreal, paranoid and dizzying mystery with echoes of his past.

Featuring a richly detailed and lovingly handcrafted open-world, players are free to explore the retreat and its surrounding locations as they wish: either by delving into the main investigation or by following the weird strange side rumours they uncover while meeting the quirky residents that reside at The Pines – each of whom carries their own history, trauma, and secrets.

In The Pines, narrative, exploration, roleplaying, and tension constantly feed into one another. Every action taken will not only shape Edward and his investigation, but also the fates of those that he meets. A customisable skill and perk system gives players the opportunity to expand their skillset and character build in multiple facets, giving a much-needed advantage as they fall deeper down the rabbit hole.

This customisation is further reinforced by branching, choice-drive dialogue with NPCs, allowing players to be the detective they want to be: empathetic, aggressive, manipulative, or something in between.

Throughout the game, players will take advantage of Edward’s detective prowess to investigate a number of crime scenes. Here they will gather evidence and make crucial connections and to uncover hidden truths and ultimately, decide who to trust. There is no wrong approach to the investigation, but there will always be consequences.

Say the wrong thing or dig too deep, and a resident who once seemed harmless may return as a Stalker – a persistent, powerful enemy that haunts players throughout the forests of The Pines. An unexpected visit from a Stalker can transform routine exploration into a heart-pounding fight for survival in the blink of an eye.

Thankfully, Edward can engage in fast, fluid and grounded combat – dodging, parrying, and striking with bats, axes, and many other weapons. His survival depends on swift timing, acute awareness, and sometimes… something very sharp.

The Pines – Features

  • A fully handcrafted open world filled with secrets, stories, and conspiracies.
  • Branching dialogue and meaningful choices that shape both Edward’s journey and the lives of The Pines’ residents.
  • A unique Stalker System. Say the wrong thing, cross the wrong person, or dig too deep, and a resident who once seemed harmless may return as a stalker, haunting you throughout the forests of The Pines.
  • Investigate like a detective. Gather evidence, connect clues, and decide who to trust.
  • Fast, fluid and tactical combat. Dodge, parry, and strike at the right moment.
  • A deep skill and perk system to shape the way you play.
  • Scavenge for weapons, clothing, and useful items to survive your time in The Pines.

The Pines will launch in 2027 for PC via Steam, where it is available to wishlist now.

Atari and Pipeworks Unleash Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee Remastered – The King of Kaiju Brawlers Returns This November

Rule the Arena in the 4-Player Remaster, Rebuilt for a New Generation of Destruction

NEW YORK – June 6, 2026 – AtariPipeworks and Toho International today announced the return of a legendary kaiju arena brawler. Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee Remastered will launch on November 3 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 for $29.99. Pre-orders for a physical edition on PlayStation 5 ($29.99 USD) and Nintendo Switch 2 ($39.99) begin today on atari.com. A high-fidelity Unreal Engine 5 remake of the hit 2002 3D arena fighter, the remaster bridges retro charm and modern performance, delivering scale and atmospheric grandeur to the in-demand cult classic.

In Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee Remastered, players take the control of the franchises most iconic titans – including the fan-favorite Showa-era Mechagodzilla — arising from the depths to battle across fully destructible cities including Tokyo and San Francisco. As sirens wail and skyscrapers crumble, players will master a diverse roster of kaiju, each armed with signature special moves and devastating abilities, to dominate rival monsters in explosive, high-stakes brawls. Whether racking up points through citywide destruction or engaging in strategic combat, only the most dominant monster will remain standing amidst the rubble.

Destroy All Monsters Melee was such an important title for the genre, allowing players to destroy the environment around them, even picking up and throwing buildings, while battling as their favorite monster,” said Lindsay Gupton, CEO of Pipeworks. “Our team had the unique opportunity to revisit our work using more modern development tools and we’ve created a release that fulfills our original vision.”

Rebuilt from the ground up in Unreal Engine 5, this remaster modernizes the 2002 classic with 4K performance and 99% mechanical fidelity. A streamlined currency-based unlock system, online matchmaking and native support for modern haptics bring the experience fully to the present. Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee Remastered delivers the definitive version of the world’s premier kaiju brawler.

“There is a real sense of responsibility that comes with working on Godzilla, especially with a fan-favorite title like Destroy All Monsters Melee,” said Mike Mika, Chief Creative Officer of Atari. “It is only natural that Atari, as the original publisher in 2002, would partner with Pipeworks, the original developer and kaiju experts to bring their creation back to center stage – bigger, better and more destructive than ever.”

Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee Remastered will launch November 3, 2026 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam,Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 for $29.99. Pre-orders for a physical edition on PlayStation 5 ($29.99 USD) and Nintendo Switch 2 (full cartridge, $39.99) begin today on atari.com
