The April update introduces several user-requested features, including in-app game purchases via the Xbox mobile app, expanded “Stream Your Own Game” functionality for consoles, improved storage management, new Game Hubs, and more.

Buy Games, Join Game Pass, and Redeem Perks via the Xbox Mobile App
Players can now purchase games and add-ons, join Game Pass, and redeem perks directly through the Xbox app on iOS and Android. With a saved payment method, a “Buy” button will appear on game detail pages, enabling fast and easy purchasing. The update allows players to pre-order and pre-install games like Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 and purchase titles such as Assassin’s Creed Shadows and MLB The Show 25 from mobile devices. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members can also redeem perks like the Sea of Thieves Seventh Serving Emote directly in-app. This feature is rolling out to beta users and will be broadly available soon via Google Play and the App Store.

Stream Your Own Game – Now Available on Xbox Consoles
Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can now stream select games they own—beyond the Game Pass library—directly from their Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One consoles. This expands on the previously supported devices including Samsung Smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV, Meta Quest, and browser-supported platforms. Players can initiate streaming by navigating to My games & apps > Full library > Owned games, then selecting a cloud-enabled title.

Expanded Cloud Gaming Library
Over 100 titles are now available in the “Stream Your Own Game” collection for Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta). Remote Play Access Expands to More Devices

Support will soon extend to additional platforms, including Samsung Smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV devices, and Meta Quest headsets. New Ways to Free Up Space
A new storage management system now recommends games to uninstall based on usage, as well as duplicate files and titles players no longer have access to. This feature is accessible via My Games & Apps > Manage > Free up space.

Game Hubs Launch on Consoles
Game Hubs have been introduced to provide players with at-a-glance access to key information about each title, including player stats, achievements, active friends, recent captures, available add-ons, and upcoming events. Hubs are accessible from the recently played and installed games lists. A new personalization setting now allows players to launch games directly, bypassing the hub.

New Dynamic Background for Xbox Series X|S
South of Midnight introduces a new dynamic console background for fans looking to customize their Xbox Series X|S experience.

Drug Dealer Simulator, an addictive criminal simulator, is now available on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles. So far on PC, the game has found about one million buyers. Drug Dealer Simulator will also be released on PlayStation 5 in the coming months.

The game by Polish studio Byterunners debuted on PC in 2020, and was published by Movie Games S.A. On PC, Drug Dealer Simulator has so far found about one million buyers. Ultimate Games S.A., in turn, is responsible for the development and release of Drug Dealer Simulator on Xbox consoles.

Drug Dealer Simulator finally on Xbox

As of April 16 this year, Drug Dealer Simulator is now available on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles. The console version includes all key updates from the PC.

On the Xbox Series X, the simulator offers 60 frames per second at 1440p resolution. On the other consoles (Xbox Series S and Xbox One), the title runs at 30 frames per second at 1080p resolution.

The standard price of the game is 24.99 USD/EUR or the equivalent amount in other currencies.

Drug Dealer Simulator is a unique game with a first-person perspective. The player’s goal is to build a shady business, which requires, among other things, establishing relationships with suppliers and customers, as well as fulfilling orders for larger and larger batches of increasingly powerful goods.

The 1.0 release arrives this summer on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.

Spider eradication returns it to its roots with two web-gendary maps and the fan-favorite SpiderHunt PvP mode, where a team of eradicators faces off against a team of spiders. The eradication team’s goal is to find and exterminate all spider players – easier said than done, as the little pests are quick and hard to spot. As eradicators explore the map in search of spiders (and crazy weapons – try using a minigun for pest extermination), the crawlers use the environment to fool enemies and make their lives harder with web traps. 

Revisit the iconic House from Kill it with Fire, combining the original First Contact, Close Encounters, and Domestic Duties levels into one gigantic infestation. Bask in the enhanced lighting effects, and demolish a newly destructible shower surely hiding creepy crawlies between its tiles.
