FORD JOINS FARMING SIMULATOR 25 WITH THE PLAINS & PRAIRIES PACK

  • Releases June 3rd – Pre-order available
  • Included in the Year 1 Season Pass
  • Adding 20+ new machines, 3 new brands
  • Introducing Ford to the franchise

Introducing legendary machines and expanding the farming experience: Publisher and developer GIANTS Software is proud to announce a major addition to Farming Simulator 25 with the announcement of the Plains & Prairies Pack, bringing the iconic Ford brand to the franchise for the first time. The pack releases on June 3rd for PC & consoles.

A true pioneer joins the Plains & Prairies

As one of the most renowned big players of industrialization, Ford’s arrival in this ensemble of brands is accompanied by legendary machines and starts an exciting new chapter for virtual farmers. They can take the wheel of the Ford 976 & 1156 Versatile – two iconic agricultural vehicles produced between 1988 and 1993, that remain loved and reliable today.

Over 20 New Vehicles and Implements

The Plains & Prairies Pack features three new brands – Ford, GEA, and Trout River – alongside returning favorites such as Brandt, Fendt, International, Salford, Väderstad, and Versatile. More highlights are marked by the formidable Versatile 1080 “Big Roy” and the cutting-edge pneumatic sprayers, the Fendt Rogator 900 and Salford Independent Series 1260.

Enhanced Realism with Moving Covers and Lifting Axles

Attention to detail is improved as well: Pneumatic sprayers allow farmers to spread solid fertilizer, trailers have realistic moving covers to protect harvested crops, and functional lift axles increase maneuverability, especially when towing the largest manure tanker in the game: the GEA STR 447.

Farming Simulator 25 is available now for PC, Mac, PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X|S. A Year 1 Season Pass is obtainable, which includes the Plains & Prairies Pack, two more packs and a major expansion – fans save up to 25% compared to getting the content separately. GIANTS Software will also continue to release free content updates and user-generated content on the official ModHub. Visit the official Farming Simulator website.

The Precinct – Gameplay

Averno City is a thriving hive of gang activity and we hit the beat as a fresh-faced rookie with some bhig shoes to fill as Officer Nick Cordell Jr., the son of the just slain previous chief of police and soon find ourselves learning first-hand just how dangerous these streets are in Microids and Fallen Tree Games’ The Precinct.

The Precinct – Gameplay

The Precinct is a neon-noir action sandbox police game set in the crime-ridden streets of Averno City in 1983. Developed by Fallen Tree Games and published by Kwalee, this top-down, open-world adventure puts you in the shoes of rookie officer Nick Cordell Jr., fresh out of the Academy and ready to tackle the city’s rampant crime and corruption.

Patrol the streets by foot, squad car, or helicopter, responding to procedurally generated crimes ranging from parking violations to bank heists. Engage in thrilling car chases through destructible environments, call in backup with an in-depth support system, and unravel the mystery behind your father’s murder. With a dynamic day-night cycle and weather system, Averno City is a living, breathing world that reacts to your actions.

Inspired by classic cop movies of the 1980s and 1990s, The Precinct combines police simulation with action-packed gameplay to deliver an immersive experience.

Summary:

Recommended – “The Precinct blends action with police simulation and a solid ’80s aesthetic, but underdeveloped storytelling, rough mechanics, and bugs tarnish what could have been a standout experience.”
