SEATTLE – August 4, 2025 – Co-show organizers ReedPop and Penny Arcade reveal that Naoki “Yoshi-P” Yoshida, legendary game designer and director of FINAL FANTASY XIV, will be the Storytime keynote speaker for PAX West 2025. Join Yoshi-P as he shares stories from his illustrious history creating games at the West Coast’s most attended gaming convention, taking place this Labor Day Weekend from Friday, Aug. 29, through Monday, Sept. 1, 2025.

A veteran of the Japanese gaming industry for more than three decades, Yoshi-P has been a part of Square Enix for more than 20 years, contributing to the Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, and Fantasian franchises. His work as producer and director on FINAL FANTASY XIV, starting with 2013’s A Realm Reborn, helped shape the MMORPG into the phenomenon it is today.

Yoshi-P, alongside a special guest, will also take part in a fireside chat called “A Game Design Group Chat Featuring Seasoned Game Creators,” to discuss their experiences in game design. The panel date, time, and guest details will be revealed soon.

As part of the exciting schedule of events, some of the talent behind the characters of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 will celebrate the game with a special panel on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at 12:00 PM PT. Join panel host Ben Starr (Verso), along with voice actors Jennifer English (Maelle) and Shala Nyx (Sciel), along with motion capture actors Maxene Cazorla (Gustave and Verso), Charlotte Hoepffner (Maelle), and Estelle Darnault (Sciel).

Hertfordshire, 4^th August 2025 – Today, KOEI TECMO Europe and developer Gust announced that the Atelier Ryza Secret Trilogy Deluxe Pack will be available on 13^th November 2025 as the definitive version of Ryza’s summer adventures. Fans will be able to relive the adventures of the young alchemist and her friends with new playable characters, new story content and more exclusive elements. The Deluxe Pack is currently in development digitally on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Nintendo Switch™ 2, Nintendo Switch™ and Windows PC via Steam®.

Atelier Ryza Secret Trilogy Deluxe Pack will reintroduce fans to the summer adventures of fan-favourite alchemist Reisalin Stout and her friends in a collection featuring all three titles from the “Secret” series, which sold over 2.5 million units worldwide. The Deluxe Pack will include new content for each title, such as new playable characters, each with new character stills designed by artist Toridamono, and new story episodes written by Yashichiro Takahashi, scenario writer of the “Secret” series.

Ryza’s adventures began in 2019 with the release of Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout, the 21^st entry in theAtelierfranchise. The game introduced players to a colourful cast of characters who embarked on an adventure to uncover the secrets of their island. The DX version of the title will introduce new playable characters including Agatha, Kilo and Romy. Players will also be able to discover events happening in parallel with the main storyline, such as the encounter of Kilo and Bos in the Underworld, and other events that took place between Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout DX and Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy DX.

Released in 2021, the second title in the “Secret” series takes place three years after the events of the first title. The game follows Ryza and her friends as they are confronted with a major decision and new secrets to uncover while searching for gates to the Underworld. In Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy DX, players will be able to play as Empel and Lila, while discovering a new episode in which the two companions meet Ryza at the capital to help her in her journey as she explores a new map.

Originally released in 2023, Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key DX completes the “Secret” series and takes players one year after the events depicted in Atelier Ryza 2. Players will follow Ryza and her friends on their final summer adventure as they attempt to save their island and discover the secret of the “Code of the Universe”. In addition to reuniting with beloved characters from previous episodes and meeting new companions, players will also be able to play as new characters from Atelier Ryza and Atelier Ryza 2, such as Clifford, Serri and Kilo. The DX version will introduce a new side story following Clifford and Serri after their separation from Ryza. The two will team up and embark on a journey to help each other achieve their own goals. Fans will also discover a new event that delves deeper into the relationship between Kilo and Bos, as well as explore a new island and its mysterious ruins.

Lastly, all games will include quality-of-life improvements and new features to enrich players’ experience, such as the addition of a “Custom Combat” mode in which they will be able to choose the level and combination of monsters they want to face. In Atelier Ryza 2, Fi will follow and support Ryza as she explores ruins, helping her find clues, or restoring a small amount of the party members’ health in battles. Atelier Ryza 3 will introduce a new mount, the “Wind Beast”, which automatically gathers ingredients during exploration. Previously provided as free and paid items in the original three games, players can now enjoy content such as swimsuit costumes, maps, recipes, and more.Additionally, those who previously experienced the Secret series will receive exclusive items to help them start their adventures as save data bonuses.

Embark on the second half of the Amphorean story alongside Hysilens and Cerydra

Singapore, August 2, 2025 — The global interactive entertainment brand HoYoverse announced today that Honkai: Star Rail’s new Version 3.5 “Before Their Deaths” will go live on August 13. This update officially kicks off the second half of the Amphoreus story. Trailblazers will encounter new companions, confront fresh enemies and events, and witness old friends in entirely new forms. Hysilens and Cerydra will also make their long-awaited debut as playable characters, joining players in the next leg of the Amphorean trailblazing expedition.

In the previous chapter, the Trailblazer made a promise to Phainon and took up the mantle of the Deliverer. In return, Phainon unleashed their blazing wrath upon Nanook, once again forcing Irontomb’s advance to a halt. Yet the journey is far from over, rescuing Amphoreus remains an unavoidable challenge. In the new Trailblaze Mission, the Trailblazer will accompany Cyrene into another cycle of Eternal Recurrence, traveling back a thousand years to the ancient Okhema. This was the age when Imperator Cerydra, the holder of the Law Coreflame, ruler of Okhema, Aglaea’s predecessor, still sat upon the throne of Okhema.
 
Version 3.5 introduces two powerful new characters to the team of Trailblazers. The first is Hysilens, commander of the holy city’s knights and a 5-star Physical-Type character following the Path of Nihility. Hysilens excels when paired with characters who specialize in DoT. Upon using her Ultimate, Hysilens creates a Zone. While the Zone is active, each instance of DoT inflicted on enemies will trigger an additional DoT from her. At the same time, all enemies will suffer reduced ATK and DEF. Moreover, her Basic ATK, Skill, and Ultimate each have a chance to apply a random type of DoT. Her Skill also increases the DMG enemies take, boosting the team’s overall DMG output.
 
The other 5-star Wind-Type character following the Path of Harmony, Imperator Cerydra, is the holder of the Law Coreflame and the initiator of the first Flame-Chase Journey. A master strategist raised on the principles of chess, she excels at long-term planning and command. In combat, her Skill grants an ally a special upgradable buff known as “Military Merit,” increasing the ally’s ATK and dealing additional DMG. As the battle progresses, Military Merit levels up. The affected ally will gain increased CRIT DMG and All-Type RES PEN when using Skills and can even replicate their Skill effects, boosting the team’s overall DMG output. Her Ultimate deals DMG to all enemies and obtains Charge for herself, providing sustained support for the team.
 
Additionally, the limited 5-star characters Stellaron Hunter Kafka and Silver Wolf will have their return in the first and second halves of the Version 3.5 warp event. Their formidable support makes them invaluable allies for our Trailblazers’ future journeys.
 
Version 3.5 will also introduce a brand-new map, offering Trailblazers a fresh glimpse into Styxia, the City of Infinite Revelry. The story will reach a turning point as Trailblazers face off directly against Lygus, an enemy who constantly shifts between two distinct forms. As the battle intensifies, his true identity and hidden motives may slowly be revealed.
 
Version 3.5 brings not only new characters and stories, but also a variety of fun-filled events for Trailblazers to enjoy. In the “Chrysos Maze Grand Restaurant” event, Trailblazers will work alongside the Chrysos Heirs to manage a restaurant in Aedes Elysiae. As a “Restaurant Manager,” you’ll serve delicious food to the fairies of the Membrance Maze and renovate the run-down venue by managing it wisely to win their praise and support. Meanwhile, in the “Old Brews & New Friends” event, Trailblazers will once again step behind the counter as a guest drinksmith at the “Dreamjolt Hostelry,” mixing drinks and reuniting with familiar faces to share heartwarming moments.
 
Version 3.5 will also introduce a voice toggle feature for collaboration characters. Trailblazers will be able to switch their interaction, combat, and idle voice lines between the in-game dub and the original licensed voice actors, offering a more immersive experience. Additionally, Honkai: Star Rail will be attending this year’s gamescom. Trailblazers are invited to stop by the event booth to check in and pick up some giveaways.
