Streumon Studio is Back With a New First-Person-Slasher: Rip Through the Depths of Chaos in the Gorgeous, Void-Touched Daimon Blades Next Month

Relentless monstrosities await – carve a path through the realms of primordial chaos with steel and flame in solo & co-op modes

PARIS (Aug. 20, 2025) – Streumon Studio (E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy) has pierced the veil of an ancient, corrupted dimension today with the announcement of Daimon Blades, a daimonic first-person slasher where steel meets sin. Lead the scorched legions spawned from the abyssal entropy to their final reckoning alone or with a steel-clad group of four as you take up arms as a member of the Secreta, a shadowy cult of warrior monks sworn to contain the rising tide of daimonic incursions. Daimon Blades is set in the universe of Streumon’s breakout E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy and hits PC via Steam Early Access on Sept. 3 (https://store.steampowered.com/app/1869500/DAIMON_BLADES).

Bear witness to the unholy carnage in the bone-splintering announcement trailer.

To survive the cursed expeditions of the Daimon Realms, players must loot, craft and evolve their daimon-slaying champions into true hellborn executioners in this RPG-infused first-person slasher. Along the way, they’ll face a relentless and ever-mutating bestiary of twisted Daimons bred in the wombs of chaos, each wielding distinct tactics that demand constant vigilance and adaptability. Wield your weapon of destruction, be it a flame-spewing sword, a bloodstained battle axe or a hammer that pulverizes bone to dust, and carve your name into the shifting dimensions as thunderous metal anthems drive your rampage.

Dark, visceral worlds are nothing new to Streumon. After emerging from the modding scene of the early 2000s, the team launched its first commercial title, E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy, a million-selling cyberpunk RPG shooter that quickly earned a cult following. The studio went on to spill blood across the grimdark universe of Warhammer 40,000, developing Space Hulk: Deathwing and Necromunda: Hired Gun.

Now, Streumon returns to its independent roots as developer and publisher of Daimon Blades, following a strategic move to reacquire full ownership of the studio in an era dominated by acquisitions and mergers. This renewed independence reflects the team’s deep commitment to creative control and quality. With Daimon Blades, Streumon is forging a bold new co-op slasher, shaped by experience and driven by uncompromised vision.

Announced today at Gamescom, Crushed in Time, a spin-off of the 1 million+ selling There is No Game, brings fans a brand-new meta-mystery that follows beloved characters from the original title, Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson, as they search to find a missing character from their just-launched video game. Crushed in Time launches in 2026 on PC. Wishlist now at: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3858650/Crushed_In_Time

Visit various stages of game production and go behind the scenes of development with this meta-adventure inspired by Through the Looking Glass featuring totally “elastic” gameplay and a fully voiced VO cast. An adventure this quirky features matching eclectic visuals – an inviting cartoon art style awaits as players explore the vibrant 2D world of a game’s development… or is it 3D? Just what is a “polygon” anyway? Why are things so stretchy here?

Think like a detective and use the, erm…unusual…tools provided to progress through time and crack this case, including an irreverent twist on the point-and-click genre that lets players manipulate objects and the environment through more than just clicks. Interact with objects and characters by pushing, pulling, stretching and yoinking rather than simply clicking, adding a layer of experimentation and interest on top of the genre’s brain-teasing mechanics and touching narratives surrounding the characters. With unconventional problems that require even more unconventional solutions, Crushed in Time will leave players with a world begging to be toyed with in new and inventive ways.

Bloober Team Reveals Cronos: The New Dawn Into the Factory Gameplay Video

Today during the Xbox @ gamescom Broadcast, Bloober Team revealed over nine minutes of new gameplay footage for Cronos: The New Dawn. Guided by Cronos’ Game Director, Wojciech Piejko, players are taken through the abandoned factory – ground zero for the disease that wiped out humanity in the 1980s.

The abandoned factory unveils new elements of the world that feed into the all-consuming atmosphere of Cronos. The Traveler cautiously walks through tight spaces, biomasses that engulf the facility’s original fixtures, and past the deserted military tents of those who first tried – and failed – to eradicate the disease we know as The Change.

This closer look at combat with the mutated enemies should let players know one thing: victory will be hard-fought, with expert resource management and awareness of your surroundings being the keys to unlocking the deeper story behind Cronos.

Cronos: The New Dawn is scheduled for release on Friday, Sept. 5, 2025 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation®5, PC (via Steam and Epic), and Switch 2.

Pre-order now on Steam, Epic, Gog.com, Microsoft Store, Nintendo and PlayStation. Players who preorder the Deluxe Edition get 48-hour early access starting Wednesday, Sept. 3.

NETMABLE UNVEILS NEW COZY CRAFTING ADVENTURE TITLE PROJECT BLOOMWALKER AT GAMESCOM 2025

LOS ANGELES – AUGUST 20, 2025 – Netmarble, a leading developer and publisher of high-quality games, announced an all-new cozy crafting adventure called Project Bloomwalker. Developed by Netmarble Neo, the game has made its first-ever public debut at gamescom 2025 where attendees can exclusively experience a playable demo at the Xbox booth.

Bloomwalker translates to ‘one who walks while blooming flowers,’ reflecting a vision of a world where the protagonist’s footsteps bring life back with every step. The title symbolizes the power of players to be a force of healing and renewal that transforms the world around them. Aboard their moving house, players and their adorable spirt companions called Oddling embark on a journey to explore uncharted territories, cleanse tainted landscapes, gather resources for crafting and decoration, and forge bonds with their Oddling friends as they prepare for new adventures.

Set in a once-beautiful land shared by humans and mysterious spirits, the game begins when a mysterious meteor crashes down that leaves an impact site so polluted that no life can survive. As the world suffers, Bloomwalkers appear who can wield power to restore life and heal the wounded earth. Taking on the role of a Bloomwalker, players will journey forth in their unique moving house to cleanse the polluted landscapes and rekindle the harmony of nature.

The difference between Project Bloomwalker and other crafting games is its moving house system. Instead of being tied down due to a misplaced base, players experience true nomadic freedom with their own mobile house. They can effortlessly relocate, uncover breathtaking landscapes and transform any location into their personal sanctuary that embraces the joy of a life on the move.

On August 20 (CET), a special developer walkthrough video for Project Bloomwalker was also unveiled during the Xbox @ gamescom 2025 Broadcast. This five-minute long clip, featuring gameplay played directly by the game’s development team, offers an early look at the game’s world built in Unreal Engine 5, along with its unique setting, diverse gameplay elements, and core activities that define the Bloomwalker experience.

Project Bloomwalker is currently in development at Netmarble Neo, with more details to be shared later. Please visit the official X account to stay up-to-date with Project Bloomwalker

DISHING UP BEASTRO, A COZY COOKING ADVENTURE WHERE SAVING THE WORLD STARTS IN THE KITCHEN

Don your apron, prepare your ingredients and make sure the caretakers are full and ready for adventure

LOS ANGELES (Aug. 20, 2025)– From Timberline Studio, the creators of The Red Lantern, comes Beastro, a brand-new cozy cooking adventure with some real bite. In this sumptuous blend of cooking, laidback farming and delicious deckbuilding combat, players will learn that sometimes in order to save the world you’ve got to start with a really good meal.

Beastro will launch on Steam and Xbox Series X|S (available day one with Xbox Game Pass) in 2026.

In Beastro, play as Panko, a young, talented chef helping to run the local eatery. When Panko’s teacher goes missing, a mysterious visitor arrives with warnings of the dangers beyond the wall. It’s up to Panko to step up and take over the restaurant, farm and forage for ingredients and tend to patrons. But that’s not all, Panko also finds himself serving the Caretakers; brave adventurers sent to save the world. In this adventure, preserving peace starts in the kitchen. Through cooking minigames Panko will chop, sizzle and flip his way to success

Trouble is stirring beyond the village walls, and it’s up to Panko to make sure visiting Caretakers are battle-ready. After devouring their favorite dish and unlocking various cards to curate their deck of attacks and abilities, Caretakers will set off from Palo Pori to wield their new abilities against the ravenous monsters just beyond the wall.

Upon the Caretakers’ return from their expeditions, players will relive and act out their adventures through a puppet show featuring turn-based battles, careful decision making and monstrous spoils to cook up later. Success awaits adventurers who carefully plan their attacks and prepare ahead of time – after all, nobody can save the day on an empty stomach.
