Attack-on-Titan-KT-Screenshot- (2)

Late last month Koei Tecmo announced that they were working on an Attack on Titan video game for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita and after the way the first game released for the series turned out, fans were skeptical especially since the team best known for working on the Warriors titles would be handling the development of the title.

Thankfully it seems that fans can breath a little easier as Koei Tecmo has released a new trailer for the game for Tokyo Game Show and in it we see a few snippets of gameplay where it appears that players will be able to make full use of the series’ well-known 3D Maneuver Gear to aim for a Titan’s weak points. Currently the game still has the working title of Attack on Titan but it is known that the game will be released in Japan sometime this Winter and in the West next year.

You can check out the trailer below, though it is worth noting that for the moment, this version has not been confirmed for release in the West, only the original version Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax has been set for release in a few weeks.
